Chuck co-founded Handled in 2023 to give growing brands a smarter, more service-driven logistics partner—one that blends operational excellence with modern technology. Prior to Handled, he held executive leadership roles at Auctane and Stamps.com, where he helped scale some of the most widely used platforms in e-commerce shipping. With a career spanning tech, logistics, and M&A, Chuck brings a unique perspective to fulfillment—rooted in strategy, empathy, and a drive to build lasting partnerships. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Boston University's School of Management.

Focusing on technology and acquisitions, John has served in senior roles at Auctane, Stamps.com, and MetaPack...as well as a side-gig running a successful men's haircare brand, giving John first-hand experience with the challenges that growing brands have in finding a fulfillment partner. John earned his BA degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly and his MBA from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!).

In 2023, Maya co-founded Handled to make brand-centric, omnichannel fulfillment a competitive advantage for merchants of all sizes. Maya has extensive consumer products experience across innovation, marketing, and operations, working at Neutrogena, Mattel, and Disney. Maya earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan and her MBA from Kellogg.

Nathan brings over two decades of experience in the fulfillment software domain. Most recently, he served as the CEO of Stamps.com and its subsidiary ShipStation, where he led the company's efforts to streamline global shipping for merchants. After making significant contributions to Stamps.com, he departed the company in 2023. Nathan earned his Bachelor's degree in the University of Texas at Austin.

Michael Tucker co-founded Diamond Hook Media in 2017, combining his expertise in eCommerce, digital marketing, and technology. In 2020, he co-founded Hook Logistics, where he served as CFO and helped grow the company into a high-touch, tech-forward 3PL serving fast-growing brands. Hook was acquired by Handled in 2024, and Michael joined the Handled team as part of the acquisition. Before his entrepreneurial ventures, he worked in venture capital and angel investing in his hometown of Baltimore. A Venture for America alum, Michael earned his BBA from Emory University.

Seal-Bin Han is a Korean-American entrepreneur and the co-founder of Hook Logistics, Diamond Hook Media, Activate Body, and World Youth Initiative. At Hook, founded in 2020, he helped build a modern, service-driven 3PL that was acquired by Handled in 2024. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering as a Hodson Trust Scholar. Previously, he served as EVP of Operations at FoundryWorks and General Partner at Patriot Holdings. Seal-Bin also sits on the board of the J. Luce Foundation and Orphans International Worldwide.

Kevin joined Handled in 2025 to lead sales, partnerships and client success. Kevin is a seasoned logistics and technology expert with over 10 years of experience helping hundreds of eCommerce businesses with fulfillment strategy and workflow. Before Handled, Kevin was a founding member of the ShipStation sales team, where he played a pivotal role in establishing and expanding the company’s go-to-market efforts. His deep industry knowledge and leadership have made him a trusted advisor in the eCommerce logistics space.

Chris is a seasoned eCommerce fulfillment leader with deep expertise in scaling high-volume operations for fast-growing online retailers. He developed and led a high-performing fulfillment network that was leveraged by a major national logistics platform to serve some of the most recognizable eCommerce brands. Chris specializes in streamlining operations, optimizing supply chains, and integrating practical technology to deliver exceptional service at scale. His operational rigor and commitment to continuous improvement make him a trusted partner for brands looking to elevate their fulfillment strategy.

Rae is a seasoned supply chain professional with deep expertise in B2B and retail distribution, sourcing, and manufacturing. As COO and co-founder of Hook Logistics, he was instrumental in building a high-performance 3PL focused on operational excellence and delivering exceptional service. After Hook’s acquisition by Handled in 2024, Rae joined the Handled team to continue optimizing fulfillment operations and driving scalable solutions. He believes that strong relationships, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement are the foundation of a successful supply chain.
